kama.tube is not a producer

kama.tube is an online platform that hosts and makes available adult content produced by third parties. We do not film, create, produce, or upload the sexually explicit content that appears here. kama.tube is not a producer — primary or secondary — of that content as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and their implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Why the record-keeping requirement does not fall on us

With respect to the content hosted here, our activities are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting, and formatting of content created by others. Under 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), a person whose activities are so limited is not a “producer” for the purposes of the record-keeping requirements. kama.tube therefore does not itself maintain § 2257 records for third-party content.

Where the records are held

The age and identity records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for any given depiction are maintained by the original producer of that content, who bears the record-keeping obligation. Requests for § 2257 records relating to a specific depiction must be directed to the producer that created it.

If you believe content depicts a minor

Report it to us immediately through our content report process, or by email to abuse@kama.tube. Content reported as depicting a person under eighteen is removed from public access at once and, where applicable, reported to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities. This is the same urgent process described on our report page.
